Chancery Court is a Court of Equity and has jurisdiction over such matters as Civil Disputes Probate, Divorce, Child Support, Adoption, Conservatorships, Guardianships, Mechanics Liens, Sworn Accounts, Partition suits, and Boundary Disputes.

Chancery Court meets on the second floor of the Decatur County courthouse in Decaturville, Tennessee on the second Tuesday of each month at 9:00AM.

The Clerk and Master serves as the Decatur County, Tennessee Juvenile Court Clerk with the Honorable Paul Allen England serving as the Juvenile Court Judge. Becky White serves as the Decatur County Youth Services Officer. (731-852-3322)

Juvenile Court is held each Monday at 1:00PM on the second floor of the Decatur County courthouse located in Decaturville, Tennessee.
